Farms not getting their settler!

I have some buildings which have not been able to get a settler. How do i force a settler there?
I have two working brewey and i recently built a new brewery - no settler arrived.

I requested to build 5 new farms, 2 of these got a settler I now have three farms without a settler.

how do we get the settler into these buildings?

Any advice?

Is this a bug - I looked in this forum and couldn't see it anywhere.

Settlers arrive automatically 1 / 10 minutes I suppose. But if you don't have enough houses, they don't arrive. You see this by hovering you mouse over the settler icon on top of the screen, what is your population limit and when the next settler arrives.

Thanks Taija IU am aware of that and having had 8 settlers available for over 48 hrs they still do not seem to notice the 4 buildings that still require a settler.

when you go to the builing and look at the detail sheet it shows taht a settler is still required.

how do we correct this so a settler is allocated to the building?

correction they are now allocated... Yippeee!!!
