What are the daily quests?

I see the daily quest option in the quests menu, but none is ever active. When is it going to be coming?

They will be (re)implented with the easter event (atleast BB sais so)

ok umm the easter events are on the go now, but i still dont see these daily quests, what am i missing ? :)

I also do not receive any daily quest!
