Grey filter after logging in.

Today, after logging in, I got my daily reward. After clicking on the accept-button, I got the message that I had mail. At that moment the screen turned grey, and I couldn't do anything anymore. I had to close my browser and restart again.
I went looking for my daily reward (it was iron), and saw that 3 of my fast explorers were back from searches. 1 of them had searched for an adventure.
I didn't get any reward from the searches, nor do I find the iron. There's nothing in my mailbox, neither are they in my star menu.
What can I do to get those rewards?
