Hi all,
It was possibly mentioned befor but i couldnt find the answer so here is the q:
How come i get normally noble residence at lvl 3 with 50 setties when upgrading the residence but now i have 2 lvl3 residences which are only holding 30 setties???

I am not sure, what your kind of answer you are seeking. But you should build noble residence, since they hold more settlers pr. building license.
the noble residence start at 30 and upgrade by 10. =50 at lvl 3 residence start at 10 and upgrade by 10.=30 at lvl 3
