Bug with fish platters

Hi, I noticed that sometimes when using a fish platter it doesnt activate, but it does cost a platter.
I am 100% sure about this since I had 3 mines and a batch with 3 platters left. I used it on the mines and only 2 activated, the third one nothing happened. It did however take all 3 platters. I refreshed but it wasnt active. In the news tab it only said 2 got activated (and yes, i am sure I had 3 platters).
I think it happens rarely and isnt a huge bug but a bug nontheless.
