OK so top priority news!
Right now we have some issues with one of our service providers concerning payments from the UK only: the money is taken from the payer's account but the gems are blocked.
We are really sorry for the delay caused by this.
If you think this has happened to you, please send a small ticket to support so we can check your payment and credit you the correct amount of gems.
Rest assured that you WILL get your money's worth of gems!
We are currently doing all we can to solve this issue as soon as possible and I'll get back to you on this issue as soon as I have more information.
Please remember that the guys from Support are not here during the week-end, so you might have to wait until Monday or Tuesday in the worst cases to receive a compensation.

What about the US region servers (www.thesettlersonline.net).
I bought many gems and now I cant play on that region.
