Friends not showing as online on actual "friends" tab

Hi, i'm aware of the issue where guild members don't show as online. However, ever since i had the problems when my username was changed about 10 days ago i can't see when my friends are online.. it only shows the friends i have made since i had the problems previously... Help would be appreciated..

Update; MOD_Sww has informed me that i need to unfriend then re-add my existing friends. This has worked and all is now fine, although slightly time consuming..
