Tavern

Hi.

I would like to ask a question about the tavern, and the other buildings that are allowed to be built only one time.
I already made some "shopping" in the tavern and i reached a point where i dont think im going to use it again.
If i destroy the building:
a) can i build it again?
b) will i get the license back?
And what about the branch office? If i destroy it, i wont be able to do trades?
And about the provision house? Will i lose the "levels"?

a) - yes, you can rebuild the tavern at a later stage if you need it
b) - yes, you will get the license back

Without a branch office you cannot trade

With provision, as with other buildings, if you delete it you will get around 20/25% of original building resources back, and loose any upgrades

And about the tavern.....will i need it later in game? I mean, i think its only purpose is for players to buy generals, explorers and geologists, right? Theres nothing more? Nothing that afects gameplay?

Most advanced players destroy the tavern and only build it when they need to buy a new general, before destroying it again. They use this extra license for a more profitable building.
