Don't get footballs or new matches

Hi. Got a problem here.
This is what happened;

First I started the first match, normal version (the one I recieved) and then I canceled it (don't ask me why) and then I bought the first match (normal version) in the shop and started it, but before I finished it (the first match, normal version) I bought all "advanced" matches just to have them (had alot of GC so...) - when I finished the first match I didn't get a new match nor footballs.

EDIT:
In my star menu (after the first game was finished) is only the second match in advanced version (the version that gives you only exp, no footballs or new match).

You have to accept the reward from the quest tab under your avatar mate :).

Of course I chech the mail and Quest book :)
As I said, when I completed the first match I didn't get a new match, only exp because I already bought all matches but the "advanced" versions...

To avoid missunderstanding, here's what I did step by step;

1) I recieved and started the first match (just like everybody else)
2) I canceled the first match (broke the quest line)
3) Then I bought the first match in the shop for 100 gold coins
4) I started the match
5) Before finishing this match I bought all the advanced versions of the six matches in the shop
6) When I finished the first match I didn't got any new match or any footballs, just xp points


EDIT: Hm. I just got an idea I'm going to try.
I will to the first match, advanced version and see if I'll get back to the quest line.

I didn't recieve even the first match. Is there any level requirement? Iam lvl 26 and was 25 when the event started. I have checked everything - mail, star menu and quest log - nothing there.

you being lvl 25 was the problem.
Now your level 26 it should start asap. Worst case you will have to wait till tomorow (daily quest reset)

Do you have a football quest in your questbook? doing adventures in a different order should not affect the questline.
Check the quest if you need to finish normal or advanced
