Cannot login.

My brother Aglarkhaphur can login to the game for a week now.
He can login to the thesettlersonline website but is immediately redirected to the 'migrate-your-account'-page
On entering the password a box appears Displaying the following text
Error: A general error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again.

He cannot get to any other page than the migrate-page because he is always redirected to that particular page.
What can be done about this.

Hello my ticket has already taken 9 days and still no answer.
You'll have to wait I think.

If you were having problems logging in it could be because we had a maintenance. I strongly suggest you "like" our Facebook page or check the "news" page on the TSO website on a daily basis to know what's happening, what events are being done and when the maintenances are scheduled.

I think the last two replies are due to maintenance but the tread the issue when we try to connect via uplay after disconnecting the facebook link and the no reply we have from support

@NaughtByNature: you've got to give support a day or two depending on how many tickets they get. They should get back to you soon but you must remember they are real people and can't answer instantly to all tickets.
