Got banned for 24 hours..

Got banned for 24 hours 2 days ago but the ban didn't expire and i stil can't chat... Submitted ticket 1 day ago still no response.

Please be patient, they'll get round to your ticket. Right now they are swamped with tickets from players not being able to access the game.
