What happened to my trade letters containing buyed goods?

I had 5-6 letters of trade which happened(go to trade window, buy goods, get letter containing goods(containing only 1 button - accept)) every one containing 400 Hard Wood. I didn't have storage for them so I left them in my mail box. That was 2 days ago - no letter was missing yesterday, and today I found only 2 of them is left! WTHH? Where others goods letters gone? Other mail(battle reports, mail from other players) still here.

If not acepted the trade cancels itself after 8 hours.

You didn't read what I wrote. If you don't know - don't answer. It was already buyed goods, and I had those letters whit goods more than a DAY.
