Changing Username

Hello.
A couple of weeks ago I got banned from chat,trade etc and I got a mail saying my username was unacceptable and somebody had reported me and I had to change it by contacting support. I don't actually think my name is unaceptable but I contacted support 2 times now to change it so I can talk in chat etc and still no joy. What have I got to do so I'm able to chat in game and trade etc. ps I don't know where the ban came from I never chatted in main chat much and when i did i was never offensive. I just wanna be able to talk and trade again :(
