Hello,
while playing I was happy that I had enough hardwood and marble to upgrade the mayor's office, but suddenly it got reduced by half!
Some more information. The marble was 418 and hardwood was 900, it got reduced to marble as 18 and hardwood as 415. Now it is restarting to get stored. This is very annoying!!!
This is a serious issue.

I have tried restarting the browser, I did not get back the hardwood and marble!!! I lost them forever... Good Lord!!! somebody save me!!

looks like you had a building in building queue that got started most likely or you accidentally upgraded another building first
Sorry, I did not build any building. There was nothing in queue as well.
Even if I was constructing a building, it should not reduce the marble storage by half or 50%.
The problem is i lost more than 400 marble and has not been restored back for no reason.
I want my marble and hardwood back!!

you can try mailing support but they tend to take a while to respond usually
