Garrison and part of the army gone

For some reason my garrison is gone. After the patch the my garrison is no longer there. The place were it was is the one that the garrisons go by default every time the army returns from an adventure. My army was already stationed there and in no adventure at the momento of the patch. No I cannot see it. Apart from that half of my army seem to be gone as well.

yea, they tweaked the spots where armies can stand on, so if an army was on one of those spots, it was relocated to mayor house
