its 1 every 15 minutes, what you see is a countdown counter till next.
ok i get that and i checked it is 15mins BUT it was only 5mins so whats happened ,, a friend is building a noble res and he's gonna let me know coz i'm sure it was only 5mins ,,
he just let me know ,, it said 5min 33secs whats with the time difference ?
It always has been 15 minutes... unless buffed.
