Copper deposit malfunction

After the 12-07 update one of my copper deposits broke. The northern deposit in sector 2 was paused when i logged on today.
I demolished (it only had 11 ore left) and rediscovered the deposit with a geo, but now i cannot place a mine on it. There is a hunter
right below the deposit that has been there for a while and never caused problems before, but now it seems like it is in the way.
Can anyone confirm that it is indeed the hunter that is in the way now? (so i dont have to demolish the hunter for nothing)

I have the exact same problem, only in my case it is a level 3 gold smelter in teh way, so I dont want to demolish that!

BB said they have escalated the problem and are looking into it - you are not alone!

After demolishing the hunter the copper deposit started working again. I reckon that there was a bug that they fixed. It looks like
the hunter (or your gold smelter Droplick) was actually not supposed to be able to fit in there. The way it was before had the hunter
overlaping the copper mine.
