Sons of the Veld pathing teleporting bug

I had my general at the very bottom of map in the middle after defeating the first area.

for exact placement before attacking camp 6.

after clearing 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, i then targeted camp 11

My general got halfway up the trail through the gorge, when it froze, then teleported to the camp above and slightly to the right of camp 6.

after clearing that camp, losing many good soldiers(Xbows and Elites), I tried again..... It reached the same position again and this time ported to the camp above camp 8 (again losing Xbows and Elites)

Both times when he teleported, the battle had already begun and was down to the last 2 bars, so no chance of retreat was allowed.

Please fix this bug, if you could see the attacks, you would agree its lunacy!

just placed my general at camp 9 and used it to attack camp 11...... it defeated camp 11, the ported to camp 12 with 2 bars to go and had in battle reports that camp 12 was the interception (after the battle at camp 11). Its the first time I've seen a interception after a battle. Lost ALL my troops, 220 Xbows, 78 Elites plus others in these battles. It's taken me weeks, maybe months to get 220 Xbows and the Elites I got from adventures. This suxs big time.

I want a refund of my Xbows and Elites... this is Sooooooooooo wrong

Please contact support, explain the situation and they should compensate you for your lost troops!

Hello i got very similar situation on Roaring Bull at last tower (east one).
I blocked lower camp in front of tower with 2 blocking generals (B1,B2). In this time my 2 atacking generals (A1,A2) (for 2 waves on tower) safetly passed red-interception zone.
Then first one blocking general (B1) loss his fight and second blocking general (B2) starts fight.
Then first atacking general (A1) starts fight in tower. Second atacking general (A2) was waiting in quene at tower.
Then B2 lost fight at blocked camp (but both atacking generals already exits interception zone long time before it and were at the tower in this moment).
Then A1 lost his fights and A2 starts fight.
We saw tower-health bar and then at 2 bars left ... "Magic" starts :

I got instantly about 4 infomation of lossing fights, Blocking camp disapear, and my general A2 walks from upper one camp before tower (which was not atacked at all). I check reports: First one - B1 lost at lower camp. Second - B2 lost at lower camp. Third - A1 lost on tower. And magic - Fourth A2 intercepted by lower camp and won fight (intercepted durning fight at tower? and teleported there or using undergrounds tunnels?). And more magic - Fifth one - A2 lost fight at UPPER camp (normal report - not even intercepting report) - What he was doing there after beating tower to last 2 bars?

Finally i lost 200A because of this bug - i report it to support - and im waiting for answer - I have hope to get back my 200A and more important i have hope that this bug will be fixed - because with it planning/calculating any attacks/blocks is impossible.

EDITED: I got compensation (resources for rebuild those losses) very fast, thank you :) I have hope that Blue-Byte will fix this bug as soon as possible, because it was realy annoying after hours of calculating/preparing/checking new setups, You will see that everything is working perfect, and after a while its a crash without reason and not from you fault. Once again thank you for fast answer. :)

I've had the same problem happen to me twice and lost my whole army twice. Contacted support but no reply yet!
