Ugrading building frozen

I went to upgrade my farm from level 2 to 3 and when i did it froze...i can upgrade other buildings but this one the tab for upgrading is greyed out and the tab for doing it instantly is still there(dont have enough gems for that). I would like to know if it is just a matter of waiting till the game is cleaned or is there something beyond clearing out cache, rebooting computer, restarting browser that i can do.

Have you tried to empty your cache and cookies? If that does not work, please contact support.
