After just starting the game messages like 'you have new mail' and 'your geologist found...' nicely pop up towards the top of the screen. but after a while these messages pop up lower and lower on the screen.

After just starting the game messages like 'you have new mail' and 'your geologist found...' nicely pop up towards the top of the screen. but after a while these messages pop up lower and lower on the screen.
this seems to happen when the browser tab does not have focus and new messages arrive in your inbox - google chrome, mac os x 10.6
i use firefox and have it also
