I dont know why they dont put in the gem store as a one off buy, people have been asking for this for a long time. I guess the brains in marketing only want to send out physical media that isnt available everywhere and is simply worthless plastic once voucher codes are used as opposed to new players buying it in game like everything else. It's not very green and it's none to bright.
