Noble deeds sent as gift, both not received

I have purchased a noble deed from a fellow gamer, I know he is legit as I have purchased these from him plenty of times previous. Twice he has now sent them and neither time have I received these items as a gift.

In turn he received my coins, but he is now short on gems and I am short on coins and noble deeds.

Is is possible for a MOD to look into this?

no it isn't

all individual issues can only be resolved by support so you will have to submit a ticket to them to get it looked into (main page has link or in game the support button)

what Qualan is saying is exactly correct. please send ticket to support.
