Optimum Build Setup

With the new build move feature I created a shorthand guide for myself for (IMO) the best building setup.
The guide includes optional non production buildings + accounts for all building ratio's correct, except for gold where it assumes every building is buffed.
If you don't understand any part of the guide, just comment and ill explain it.
