Chat Window oversizing

I managed to drag the top bar of the chat window too far and it shot off the top of the screen. Now I can't see or grab the top bar to minimise it, and it's covering my status box, popups, and the Population end of the bar (which is covered by popups anyway, which is annoying enough on its own).
Folks in the Help channel suggested it might be to do with my resolution - 1280 x 800 on a 13"MacBook Pro. Same thing has happened in Chrome and Firefox.
Refreshing the page sorts the problem, so it's no big deal, but I thought it should be noted. I think the chat box just needs a size limit.

Drop the bottom ribbon down and then you can resize it again.
