There seems to be some confusion amongst some players as to whether or not buildings which are upgrading will still produce goods...

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch.
I can confirm that when buildings are being upgraded the production will stop, and it will only resume once the upgrade is finished.

...That should settle the matter!
However - the economic overview count the materials produced in the upgrading building too. (The amount the building produced before the upgrade was started). So - you still have to figure out yourself, how much you actually produce at a given moment, when you also have upgrading buildings. Challenging game ;-)
In the past the barracks and provisions house still worked while upgrading, so some might still be confused from that.
How about you stop production in that building which is just being upgraded.. that should correct economic overview count, correct?
