quests won't finalize

I am level 17 and have 2 quests that wont finalize.
Timber worm - make 50 pieces of wood and 50 real wood, both have reached that goal and only the closed button there.
The Bakery - 50 Wood and 50 flour, again complete and only the close button.
As these are the daily and waiting quests I am concerned i will no longer receive new ones each day (also I really needed the loot

Can someone help me with this problem

Ive been getting the same problem with 'Waiting' quests. I have completed 2 of them, but don't know if there's anything I need to do to once I have collected the items as I only get the 'Close' option too.

You need to finish the daily quest BEFORE being able to finish the waiting quest. Same with guild daily and guild waiting.

I have same issue.

I haven't any quests besides the next lvl quest, but it it doesn't work anyway.

Same here with guild quests. I recently joined a guild and never had/done any guild quests before but my guild quest is stuck in the queue, no option to cancel or anything. Other daily quests work fine tho.
