Is there any other building right in front of the mine entrance?
You proberly upgraded the building before a settler was in it and you where out of settlers then? It's a know bug, the building should be working though, the interface only shows that it does not.Quote:

There are buildings in front of the mines but they have never caused a problem before and have been there for ages.
Oh by the way when i delete a mine that registers no settler working it shows a new settler unworking in the bar!!!!!!!!!!!
