Support is very bad

Last night I could not call the players in an adventure (Black Knight), I wrote a ticket but nothing helped.
A day later I was told that you should wait 24 hours (since then it has already passed 28h). The adventure is almost over (stayed last attack) and I can not wait all day if someone answers what to do. As I see it, I will not get an answer because of this support does not care about the players. Army can not make because I have no more space, an adventure I can not finish because i can not sell slots.
Worst support so far, whenever you ask something, you get a lot of stupid (useless) answer.
