If you don't log in to your settlement after 24 hours, and nobody visits it, then production buildings snooze.

How about if you go for vacation for 1-3 weeks and don't log in but friend(s) visit you island every now and then several times a day.
Will the city go on working then?
if friend buffed, between 24hours, your island will be aktiv
