Minor Text Error (Halloween buff)

I know this is only minor, however.. it is possible that someone, somewhere might not understand the following:

Buff: Mr. Meyers
Cost: 20 Pumpkins
Effect: Use on barracks and quadruple recruiting time for 1 hour.

As it is in the description.. this implies that the time it takes to generate a military unit will be quadrupled (i.e. from 5 minutes to 20 minutes)

However, im sure what was really implied is that the time will be reduced by 400%. (i.e. from 5 minues to 1 minute 15 seconds)
