Tutorial Quest problem

I've raised a support ticket middle of last week but heard nothing. I was going through the tutorial quests and got to Level 7 and the buffs quest when the server issues started and I couldn't log in for a day.

When I got back in the following day it flashed for a new quest but when I go to the quest book there's nothing new. The only one I can complete is the expanding new territories quest but although I have a tavern, I don't have the 200 coins to get an explorer. I only have 20.

There's no other quests I can complete and I can't play the game as I can't build anything else or complete any quests.

Can anyone help with this?
