missing christmas gifts.

hi there is a post by bb stating we will all get xmas pressies and for the most part it worked, it seems all my friends and guildies have recieved various items in the mail including a watermill and some very nice buffs.

the post states:

i have recieved none of the above (although i have tried trading for some of the buffs the prices are quite high and a drain on my resources)

could someone please look into this, i spend alot of time, money and effort into playing this game and would like the presents everyone else recieved.
