There's lots of quests that say "buff friends using, FOR EXAMPLE, bakets" or "FOR EXAMPLE, sandwiches".
These quests do not complete unless you use the specific buff that it says you should use "FOR EXAMPLE".
That's just a stupid bug or typo. Please fix it with due haste!
