changing email ?

Does anyone know if it is posssible to change my email address that my settlers account is tied to i have a problem with my old one.
Microsoft decided that someone else was using my email which was their mistake but proving to their automated service it is actually my email address seems to be impossible and i have been waiting for over a week for a reply from microsoft support.
I also emailed support here but i am guesssing the reply went to my old email address despite me asking them in the ticket to reply to a new one.
just wondering if anyone has ever changed the email address on their settlers account and if so could they tell me how they went about doing it

You'll have to contact support. Remember, they're also on a Christmas break aswell.

If you click 'Settings' in the upper right corner of this page there is an 'Edit Email and Password' option under 'My Account', personally I'd be a bit leery of it, I've tried many times to set my time zone in 'General Settings' and it lasts for a day or two but TSO has decided I live in Copenhagen and resets it "appropriately".
