I have a problem.. with friend !

First , If I wanna add a friend of mine to a friends list, I add her name but It cant find him . Also my friend cant find me aswell, when she add my name . And secondly If there is anyone who would like to be my friend in this came , please let me know :)

Hiya, are you both on the same server? if not you won't be able to add each other.
if this doesn't help get in touch with support, they should be able to help.
