UI issue: Building upgrade progress obscured by terrain/other buildings

Other buildings, trees etc can block view of the number indicating upgrade progress, and the information is not available anywhere else (like when clicking on the building).

An easy fix would be to make information overlays like that appear "on top" of (or shine though) map features (render with a higher z-index or whatever). See attached example of my Recycling manifactury having it's upgrade progress obscured by a tree.
