yea- BB seems to hav this weird idea that people will perfectly follow their definitions of regions and play only on those servers and don;t put enough disclaimes or explanations on boxes that they can only be used in certain regions and when it happens that someone gets the wrong box, it is almost impossible to get em swapped as each region is its own profit center and hence can have different pricing policies etc
Many issues will be avoided if the retail boxes would be changed to/available in downloadable versions with voucher code + some pdf's BB said they would look into making retail boxes available online- but i guess they forgot as they have been looking for 8 months or so now A better/clearer policy and reaction would be appreciated
