Trade History bug
Hi there,
its very often that items i trade in the Trade market, either never appear in the Trade Office - History, or appear just to, with the next successful deal, disappear.
In both situations, the deal that disappears from History never reappears.
-
Hmm I probably had this bug several times, but I was never sure if it was a bug or faulty memory on my side.
-
Yep seen this often as I like to keep a history of certain prices. Things don't appear or just disappear on their own.
-
I have found the history for a trade disappears if you look at it too quickly after that trade has been performed. Other than that, it generally works well for me..
-
I've just noticed a trade go through (received goods, gave required items) but not appear in the trade history at all.
-
I recognize this issue as well. About 5% of the trades you are doing never appears in the trade history.
Thought it was the result of clumsy clicking, since I have the habit of removing 'expired' and 'cancelled' lines from the history overview.

Lost my salestransaction
Hi,
Just when i placed a salesorder (500 exotic wood planks for 200 gold) the programm bugged and i had to login again.
When i was back in my salesorder was gone. It wasnt sold and thus not in saleshistory and i had no gold. But also my 500 exotic wood wasnt returned to my mayor house.
Spending already 30min to put some printscreen but they are to big to put here.
Can anyone help me please?

I'm afraid that the trade history doesn't always show your latest transactions.
If you are sure that both your exotic wood is missing and you didn't receive the gold then I suggest you contact Support via this page and explain them what happened.
They are better suited to help you with this issue.

I was just told there might be way to "fix" your trade history.
You can do another trade via the Trade House (a stone for a fish for example). After this "stone-for-fish" trade is sold (ask a friend to buy it), your trade history should show both the missing trade and the "stone-for-fish" trade.
