Trading with friends

I have a quest where I am to buy 50 bronze swords, 50 tools and 50 brew from other players.
Is this something I can acheive by trading with players in my friends list or do I have to go through the Trade Office?
If it is possible with friends what would be a fair price for each lot?

If they've been friends for more than 24 hours you can Trade with them and that will work, if any of them have the same Quests you can swap and that will help everyone. You can get a good idea of current server-specific prices by asking for a Price Check in global-3 but do try to save your Gold Coins until you know their worth, you'll need mountains of them before you know it (and if you've not yet had the Quest to hire a General he's 100 GC.)
