this was a graphic bug, the stack only have 3 sandwiches :(
but is was wishful thinking and a bit of greed on my part :p

I think if this happens again, refresh the game - that will usually return everything to the correct values...

Hope the same 'graphic bug' doesnt appear in the trade office or things could turn nasty!
