A guild can only have one leader, and that leader can never be changed. I know a few guild owners who have wanted to transfer ownership, but been told it's not possible by support.
You can have as many guild officers as you like though - they can all see the officers chat...
No jamdoggy, he's talking about the forum groups. I run one, and as far as I can see, there is only 1 chief possible. Can't see any way to grant admin rights to anybody else, just dump the entire control to another single individual.
