[Guide] Where do the help people get help?

Ever wondered how the people in Help have so many answers? Where do they get that information? Are they secret game developers? Do they have an "in" with the folks at Blue Byte or (heaven forbid) the moderators? Are they just geniuses who spend far too much time playing games?

Well the simple answer is that it is all readily available to everyone, however most people can't be bothered to look or don't know where to look for answers.

I think the flaw has more to do with "preaching to the choir". Not much point informing people on the forum that they can find help on the forum.
