So my packed wheatfield in my star menu is changed to easter wheatfield during the Easter event. Will it be tradable after Easter event is over?

The packed wheatfields are not tradeable... that sucks! Only reason I bought them before event was to trade them and no warning they were not gonna be tradeable during event grrr!
