Contact Support, they should be able to help you, not sure there is a way to change it without them
I wondered the same myself, and having looked through the forum it seems that contacting Support with your details, then deleting the Facebook link and waiting (an undetermined amount of time, but suggested around 7 days) for Support to fix it up is the only way.
Will look into it more after the Easter event...
