Pre-empting Guild Quests involving adventures...

If the next GQ is an adventure( eg IOTP) and you start that adv before the GQ becomes active BUT complete it when that GQ is active.... does it count towards GQ or not?

I'm thinking it won't but I'm wondering if anybody has tried this to see whether or not it would...

Not so far, I have been mid IOP when a quest has come up, and no it has not worked for me
