one of our members of ( the golden oldies ) has done his 2 quests for the gq but it wont tick over as being done. we only need this one to be able to move on .can you plz advise what we need do ty:)

Have you tried getting them to refresh? Also, are you able to get a screenshot of this for us?
I have had the player refresh. but haven't been able to see them for a screenshot yet . ty for your fast reply:)
