Please contact support and they will enable you the option to reset your account.
Note that they will not be back to work until Monday morning :).

ok thank you sinister king. by resetting my account do you mean staying on the server im on but resetting my account back to zero
I believe the option to remain on the same server is possible but you will need to discuss this with them so they can take any necessary steps.Quote:
