[Dev Diary] Premium Accounts!
Dear Settlers,
This developer's diary entry is related to a brand new feature: Premium accounts! More information can be found below.
While the premium account feature is active on your The Settlers Online profile, you'll gain following advantages:
- 50% more experience points (loot)
Each adventure gives you 50% additional experience points. Experience points 
acquired thanks to a premium account are displayed in a separate row in the loot mail.
- 50% more loot from adventures
You receive 50% more resources from each adventure. Resources acquired thanks to a premium account are displayed in a separate row in the loot mail.
Important: This bonus does not affect buildings and adventures gathered with adventure loot.
- Additional building queue slot
During the premium account being active, you have one additional building queue slot.
- Increase of buffs' time on friend zones (+10%)
While having a premium account active, all buffs triggered by you on friends' islands last 10% longer than normally.
- 2 regular daily quests per day
Each player with a premium account active can have two regular daily quests
at a time and two regular waiting daily quests.
Important: Daily guild quests and special event quests are not affected by this.
Activating the premium account is pretty easy: After you acquired a premium account buff, just open your Star menu and click on it.
A special window will show up - all details about the premium account will be included there. Just click on "Accept" button and it's done!
With the premium account feature, several changes and news will be implemented to the game:
- Interface: Avatar menu
In order to provide you a comfortable overview of the premium time, the interface below avatar has been modified.
Now it displays a remaining time of the premium.
- Quest book: New quests
With the implementation of premium accounts, a few new quests have been added to the game.
This way you will get a proper introduction to this feature.
- Shop: New category
The premium account buffs can be purchased in the special Shop category, directly in the game.
The game version featuring premium account buffs will be implemented on the test server in the near future.
