Is there a level requirement for accepting loot spots on the Fairy Tale adventures, or does the game treat them like normal adventures and allow anybody to accept the loot spots from them ?

You need to be lvl 42+ to find & start the fairytale adventures, but you can accept invites at lower levels.
(Maybe lvl 26 is the lower limit..?)
Level 15 with at least one Recruit works for regular Adventure loot spots, even lower levels can be invited but since they can't make the "at least one kill" needed for loot and a few xp it's really just a sightseeing expedition. I'd be very surprised if it's different for Fairy Tales.
