Maybe its something they are planning or something that people have got already from old packs or something

This is my guess as well.

I wouldn't be too surprised if there's a codex level skill for +10/20/30 troops. Or perhaps just a single top point for +30.

No sign of the LegendaryVeteran or KungFuGeneral (who have higher HP and, for ninja boy, a different attack mode) though so I'm guessing the 300 is just the simulator developer playing about.

Plus, I doubt the developer there would have advance notice on new general types or adventures.
Normally takes a day or two for new combat-based content to be reflected in the simulators.
